Position Summary Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes for therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies utilizing a variety of radioisotope equipment.Operate Nuclear Medicine equipment to demonstrate anatomical or physiological structures of the human body for diagnostic purposes.  Produce quality images as directed by radiologists and physicians for the diagnosis or treatment of anatomic or physiologic disorders.  Demonstrate knowledge of general and cross sectional anatomy, technical factors, radiation safety, and basic computer skills. 

To enhance rehabilitation services through the effective and efficient communication, maintaining physical space and supplies and assisting clinical staff as appropriate.  Back up to registration and scheduling of all patients, responsible for obtaining complete and accurate demographic and financial information. 

Functions as part of the nursing care team by delivering basic care to patients in accordance with the department’s philosophy, standards of care, policies and procedures, and established care plans. 

Provides high quality food service in accordance with all food safety and sanitation codes. Food service experience is preferred.  Successful candidate must be responsible, respectful and honest. 

Starting at $16.00 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials.   Performs daily cleaning tasks and janitorial services for patient and resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and any other areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department and in accordance with facility standards and objectives.

This role provides financial transparency for patients seeking services at Henry County Health Center. They are responsbile for verifing all registrations, as well as monitoring payment plans and financial assistance applications. The right candidate will have great customer service skills and be familar with insurance plans.

Must hold current Iowa Paramedic certification, along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.  Excellent clinical and communication skills. Under general supervision, provides advanced emergency medical treatment and transports ill or injured persons. Is responsible for:  performance of patient care activities, documentation, daily routine operations, performance of CQI activities, participation in educational programs and inservices as well as performance of miscellaneous related duties.  

Graduation from an accredited EMT program. Must possess a current valid EMT certification as issued by IDPH- Bureau of EMS and BLS certification. Must possess valid chauffeur license.

The Surgical Aide assists with surgical room turnovers and cleaning between surgical procedures and end of day terminal cleaning.

Eligible candidates will receive a $1,500 forgivable loan (similar to a sign on bonus).   Performs selected nursing and administrative/clerical duties that assist in patient care management. This position requires travel 20% of the time to the Winfield, IA clinic. 

Qualified candidates are eligible for a Forgivable Loan.(Similar to a sign-on bonus.)    The staff nurse is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Promotes resident centered care and a more home like environment in the long term care setting.

Food service experience is preferred.  Successful candidate must be responsible, respectful and honest.  Willing to train a person agreeable to following our quality standards and providing the best possible customer service.

Qualified candidates are eligible for a $10,000 Forgivable Loan.(Similar to a sign-on bonus.)   Current Iowa RN License required along with a minimum of one year of Emergency Department experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC or within 6 months of hire. Triage experience preferred.
