Active CNA certification; BLS, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, reliable and dependable.
Functions as part of the nursing care team by delivering basic care to residents in accordance with the department’s philosophy, standards of care, Health Center’s policies and procedures, and established care plans. Provides resident centered care and promotes a more homelike environment based on each resident’s preference.
Graduate of a state approved program for nursing assistants. Competency evaluated, tested and registered with the state.
Education and experience (required, not preferred)
- High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
Annual requirements, licensure, and certification required.
